What makes for a Top Post? I read a LOT of headlines each day, scan through about a third of those posts and if it really captures my attention I will read the entire thing or if I find a headline that looks like it’s breaking news. Those are a couple of things that makes it a top post. Another that makes it a top post is if it gets RT’d by several people on Twitter, and finally if I know the author of the blog as is the case with the first ‘Top Post’. It just goes to show you how you can form relationships online through social media. Groovy Pink Blog I’m a member of a group called “Kickin’ It with Klout” on Facebook, and one of the members, Klaudia Jurewicz has a blog called the ‘Groovy Pink Blog‘ with some really cute posts I just had to share. I’m sure you’ll like it too. If you’d like to follow her on Twitter, her Twitter handle is @KlaudiaJurewicz. Digital Trends Digital Trends come out with some interesting headlines and the one I read yesterday was Facebook employee leaks new ‘listen with friends’ Facebook Music feature. Apparently a Facebook employee mistakenly tweeted information about this feature. Can you say DOH! You can see why I put this as a top post. Kids Can Do It Sometimes you just come across a blog with great stories. Stories so well written and inspiring you want to share them which is why it’s listed as a top post. That’s the case with the Kids Can Do It site. While this site doesn’t have anything to do with social media platforms, it does have to do with being social because the author of the stories, Sandra McLeod Humphrey is a member of Kickin’ It With Klout. Be sure to check out Sandra’s Facebook page as well. More In Media If you like learning about Social Media you will like Dorien Morin-van Dam’s More In Media. She makes all of her posts entertaining as well as educational. Be sure to check out her post Social Media Wait Training. Dorien’s Twitter handle is @MoreinMedia if you’d like to give her a Tweet! These are just a few blogs I’d like to mention and I will be introducing more as time passes. If you know of a great blog or post you think should be featured, or if you would like to share your link in the comment section below, be sure to do so. You can also share your links on my Facebook fan page, Google+ or give me a Tweet!
